Old-Fashioned Potato Pancakes
These were so good. They seemed to take a long time to cook. Maybe I didn't have the oil hot enough. We ate them with sour cream as a side dish to pork roast. I will be making them again soon.

Bagel Dip
This is so good. I have made this a hundred times now. I have since started using a package of powdered ranch dressing mix for the seasonings, it turns out great. I serve this with onion bagels or a multigrain bagel. Everyone eats it up.
