Blueberry Spinach Salad
I thought this was an excellent salad but did not like the blue cheese as it was too strong tasting I will make it again but use feta instead.

Roquefort Pear Salad
I was not a fan of the cheese as it was too strong tasting but other than that I thought the recipe was awesome.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
Wow this salad is awesome. I too cut the sugar to 1/4 cup and I think next time I will use a little bit less than a 1/4 cup. I think I will make this for our next get together.
