The Best Thai Coconut Soup

This recipe was pretty good, I'd make it again. I used light coconut milk so it is a little more healthy. I also added bamboo shoots (Sliced). Yummy!

Classic Butter Cookies I

Easy to make, quick, tasty. I doubled the batch and then added some peppermint to one batch and crumbled candy canes on top. Tasty and Festive!

Chocolate Rum Balls I

Easy Apple Crisp

This was excellent, lots of flavor and so quick and easy to put together. My 8 year old mixed all the dry ingredients, while I cut the apples. We had a mom and daughter bake night. Fun!

Candy Cane Cookies III

Very good cookie. I made the dough, left it overnight, and then when my 7 year old came home from school with her little friend, we made candy cane shapes together. Excellent, and tasty.
