Little Meat Loaves
The first time I made these, I had never made meatloaf before. That day I didnt have any sausage so I just doubled the ground beef. Since then, I only make this meatloaf and I make it very often. Never using ground beef and it still gets kind of greasy. But it is soooooo good. The men (dad, dh,sons) in my life praise this one as their favorite of all my recioes. THANK YOU for giving me this one.

Herb Roasted Pork
These are wonderful. Make sure to salt to your own taste. I made the mistake of adding the cornstarch to the liquid after it had begun to boil in the pot. OOPS. I wont boil after that. The pork loin is better the next day. I want to try this on chops and maybe fowl.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This mad my better half actually ENJOY fish that wasnt fried. I loved the fish but the topping is very rich. I will be making this again.
