Easy Slow Cooker French Dip
I've made this several times, including for my family at Christmas (high pressure!), and it always turns out beautifully.

Au Gratin Potatoes
Very tasty, but the lengthy cooking time means that the oven is tied up for one hour and thirty minutes for a sidedish.

Jen's To Die For Chicken
Unfortunately, this was very bland. I soaked the breasts in buttermilk overnight, which made the chicken itself moist and tasty. But the coating was dry and unappealing. I chopped up the leftovers and made chicken salad.
