Turkey and Quinoa Meatloaf
Best Turkey Meatloaf ever. I used instead of hot sauce chopped canned chipotle pepper in adobe sauce. if you double the recipe go easy on the sugar. Doubling it will make it too sweet.

Black-Eyed Pea Salsa
I made this last year and it was really awesome. I will make it again this year. It does make a lot.
