I have 5 children, 4 boys, 1 girl, all still living at home, though they range in age from 15 - 25!! Feeding a bunch of men can be a challenge, but I love to cook, and so do they! Our challenge is weight! I love to bake!! I love homemade bread, homemade cinnamon rolls, homemade dinner rolls--all of it! We grind our own wheat, and I am so fortunate to have a Kitchenaid Mixer!! I love it--worth it's weight in gold! We always make candy at Christmas -- divinity is our very favorite! We have dipped chocolates, made peppermint bark(so quick and easy, and everyone raves!!) and played with lots of cookie and candy recipes! I took a cake decorating class when my kids were little--so fun to have special cakes for their birthdays! Might even try my hand at a wedding cake when the time comes! I love Thanksgiving dinners, too! Sometimes I get so busy with laundry, cleaning, picking up after the 7 of us--I sometimes burn dinners......ouch! And boy, do I hear about it!!
