Slow Cooker Pork Chops II

Very tasty! Made changes based on what I had and other reviews - No oil Beef Broth instead of Chicken (whole can) Season All instead of Poultry Seasoning Added some chopped onion. Thickened gravy with some corn starch and served over mashed potatoes. Husband loved it!!

Chicken Breasts With Herb Basting Sauce

Excellent chicken - some modifications, I didn't have regular olive oil so I used the herb infused dipping olive oil, also didn't have sage. Still very tasty, moist. Easy to make and easy cleanup too - a keeper!

Marinated all day and was very moist! I agree the soy was a bit salty tasting but served with mash potatoes and wasn't as noticable. Overall very tasty though! Hubby enjoyed...thanks!

Italian Style Pork Chops

Better than most pork chops I've had but I had some problems with the coating too. I flipped the chops halfway to get the bottoms crunchy but then the coating came off the other side! Will try again, my husband enjoyed!

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Very tasty and really quite simple (but time consuming) - I've never really enjoyed beef before but this was GREAT! It was the first time I've cooked beef as well and everyone loved! Like another person suggested careful on the time for reduction, I was at 20 minutes and still reduced too much, but still A++!
