Slow Cooker Ham
SSOOO good! I read the reviews and thought - good grief, way too easy! I had bought a whole ham and had the deli slice it into 1/2 inch slices to freeze into portions. I took a few of the slices out - still frozen - and put them in the crock pot with just the brown sugar (no liquids) and after several hours it was INCREDIBLE! My neighbor stopped over during dinner and actually snitched a piece off of my son's plate!! :)

Pecan Snack
Sickening!!! Truly - I ate so many the first time I made myself sick! These are so good, so easy and so quick to make! I have also used almonds and both turn out wonderfully. I tried to double the batch once, when making pecans and didn't add to the baking time. They were still great - not as crispy though. So, if I double it again, I'll probably add another 15-30 minutes to the baking time. (The softer batch was perfect for my grandma though - who loves these nuts but can't always eat things that are too hard.)

Chicken Fried Chicken
Wonderful! We had this for dinner tonight and my husband said that I should open a restaurant! So easy! I added Spike All Natural seasoning instead of seasoning salt (I ran out!) and marinated the chicken in a vidalia onion salad dressing for a little while before frying. I cut up the chicken into strips/chunks, skipped dipping them in the egg since they were already goopy from the salad dressing and fried them in the deep fryer for about 4-5 minutes at 360 degrees. WOW! It was so easy and I didn't want to mess with the pan frying. Thanks for a great recipe!!
