Oven Fried Chicken II
FANTASTIC recipe! I used bone-in chicken thighs that I bought on sale. I normally do not like dark meat, but this recipe was just fantastic. I used nonstick spray instead of butter; otherwise made as directed. I will make this again and again - thank you so much!

Lighter Fettuccini Alfredo
Wonderful recipe - I made as written - didn't have fresh garlic so used powdered. Substituted sausage for chicken. Fantastic alfredo without all of the fat and calories!

Chicken with Stuffing
Fantastic! I have another recipe that uses milk too, but this one was so much better! I used half the margerine but otherwise made as written. Easy and so tender, too! Thank you for a keeper!
