Beefy Cornbread Casserole
Had to make this gluten/dairy free....so that eliminated the gravy and BBQ sauce. Followed other reviewers and used my homemade taco seasoning and some tomato sauce, added corn and some bell peppers. Made the cornbread from scratch using a gluten free recipe. Very good, everyone in the family really liked it!

Flatlander Chili
This is a great recipe! We like using it to make chilidogs and top with onions and saurkraut! I do add a little corn flour at the end to make it slightly thicker.

Mini Pumpkin Sage Balls with Balsamic Creme Fraiche
Wasn't quite sure because I'm not the biggest pumpkin fan, but these were DELISH! I also used real Creme Fraiche because it was local, as well as some rasberry balsamic that I bought at the farmers market. These were SO good. Will be making quite a bit over the holiday season!
