Double Crust Bean Pie
We loved it. Seems like it will have a lot of room for experimenting with the ingredients, as well, without deviating from deliciousness.

Italian Sausage Soup II
Instant classic for our house. I made a whole recipe and after eating one bowl, watched my friend eat the entire rest of it in less than 24 hours. We ate it with a fresh loaf of sourdough bread, which was good for dipping in the soup and soaking up the remainders. I didn't think the pasta shells were especially necessary -- I may leave them out next time.

Molasses Peanut Butter Crinkles
These go really fast whenever I make them, and they are pretty easy to put together with things I normally have lying around (if you keep molasses lying around as I do). I have noticed the consistency changes -- they are nice and soft out of the oven but eventually get quite crunchy.
