About this Cook
I am of Italian/Polish descent, and am never happier than when creating dishes for my new husband! After waiting almost a lifetime I have found my soulmate. Sometimes God truly saves the best for last.
My favorite things to cook
Eggplant parmigiana, ragu Bolognese, and a diverse selection of seafood delights. Also, bourbon walnut cake.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Mary's Meatloaf; Mary's Meatballs; rolled and roasted fresh shoulder with a bread stuffing redolent with garlic; liver, bacon and onions; and pot roast with whole allspice and cracked peppercorns.
My cooking triumphs
I truly try to make every day a culinary delight. Whether it's a PB&J sandwich or a crown roast of pork, make it the best!
My cooking tragedies
No tragedies, just a real turn-off: COOKING FOR PICKY EATERS, YUCKO !!
