Carrot Cake III
Great! I will be keeping this one around for sure! As suggested, I added 1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg and it added a great little kick! I also used less oil as suggested by another reviewer and the cake was moist and fluffy! Next time I will use a little less powdered sugar in the icing because I like mine to taste a bit more cream cheese like. But overall a great cake!
