Jerre's Black Bean and Pork Tenderloin Slow Cooker Chili
this was very easy, and very good. my fiancee asked that i make it to keep on hand so he can take to lunch everyday! the only thing i would do is shredd up the pork instead of keeping it in cubes, so when i make it again, i will add an entire tenderloin, then remove it, shredd it, and the mix it back in. but this is a super yummy change to ordinary chili.

Ramen Coleslaw
really good coleslaw. what a nice change from the normal type of coleslaw. i followed the recipe with 2 minor changes. i used red wine vinegar, and added an extra table spoon of sugar. super yummy!!! oh, and i also toasted the ramen noodles. i will definitley make again.

Broccoli, Rice, Cheese, and Chicken Casserole
did not like this, it was so soupy and cheesey. i followed the recipe exactly. we mixed the left overs with more rice the next day and it was better, but i will not make this again. too much cheese, and i think too much soup too. it was kind of like a pile of slop.
