Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
i made this 3 times already! i would have given 5 stars, except for the first time i followed it exactly as written, and it was rather spicy, and a little too thin and brothy for me. so i changed it the next 2 times, and omitted the cans of broth, and changed it to a cup of water with 2 chicken bullion cubes. i also cut down the jalepenos by 75% and got rid of the cayenne, so it wasnt too spicy for me. i also added a little paprika and some salt. i topped it with shredded white cheddar, and it was so good that it made me wanna slap my momma!
