Kofta Kebabs

I have made these several times, for many people young and old. Everybody loves this. No matter by how much I increase the amount made they are ALWAYS finished.

Great dish. I live in Iceland so I have to be creative when the recipes call for something that we just dont have over here. Like chilibeans in a can. I just bought chickpeas and kidney beans. There is no Italian saucage (and there is NO Icelandic made prpper food sausage) so I bought a Spanish smoked paprika sausage, etc etc. I used less of the chili only 2 tblsp and went easy on the chayenne. I have two kids one 11 and one 5. Neither of them used to hot food, so I sprinked with cheese, toped with sour creme and chips. They ate UP !! A miracle, for my 5 year old is a VERY picky eater. Me and my partner went for greedy seconds. I cooked the full recipe and froze half for later use. *** It came out of the freezer GREAT. I also cooked it for a camping trip in Iceland in the middle of august, it was so good that a double recipe got gobbled up by only 13 people.

Clone of a Cinnabon

Ohh my. I decided to try this a few weeks ago, and it was a HIT. So I made a fourfold recipe for my best friend who just had her fifth baby, for her to have something to serve when people come over. She put them in the freezer to keep. Next time she had company and wanted to serve some up, she found that children number 1, 2, and 3 had finished them. So in the few weeks since I first made this, I have made 9 batches for my family and others. So good So good.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I made these with whole wheat and they were all the more sweet and delectable. I served the with soup that I made for 60 people. And I did not get a single negative comment on them. Wich speaks fot it selfe.

Beer Cake II

FANTASTIC Its a great "grown up" chokolate cake. Not to sweet. I could not get any cherrys so I bought jared cherrys, I dont think it made it any worse ! Will make again.!

Yummy Margaritas

Did not change a thing, it was perfect. So perfect that people formed a line when ever I made a fresh batch. I bought for two extra servings, and I ran out FAST !!! Best drink I have tried in along time. And it does not hurt that you can tell the manly man who does not belive in drinks that don´t come out of a can that it has beer in it.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

Very nice. Bit to much onion, will use less next time. I stuck the rest in the freezer. Pulled it out 2 weeks lager, nuked them for 2 min and then put them on a dry pan so they would not be as soggy. Came out very nice.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

The best ever !!! This is the 6th recipe I have tried, none come close ! I added some more sugar, more flour and some vanila extract. I also tried to sepperate the eggwhites and beat the untill stiff. the were even more fluffy and delicious ! I belive it would not matter how much I make of these they will always be eaten up !

Authentic Mexican Breakfast Tacos

Whole family loved this. Very nice to get the kids invoveld in making this. I added iceberg salad and bell peppers. I also put some parsley into the eggs, and kept the eggs and sausage sepperate. Will make again !!!
