Brie Cheese Appetizer
My Guests liked it. I wasn't so keen on it. Most of the Apricot leaked out in the baking process. I'm tempted to try this with roasted garlic puree in the middle next time instead of the preserves.

Spicy Bean Salsa
I followed the recipe in the rating section that didn't have Italian cheese... but lemon juice, salt, pepper and cilantro. Absolutely fabulous. I think I may always keep some of this in the fridge for those days I want a snack.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
Fantastic. It's exactly what you want in a spinach dip. My husband and a friend's comment when they first tried it said "this is restaurant good!!". I laughed and told them the name of the recipe. I didn't add the parmesean cheese... instead I added "Kraft" Italian shredded cheese, 4 cheese in place of the mozza cheese and just topped it up 1/3 of a cup. Very good!
