This recipe was a good one. I didn't have frozen or canned corn so I didn't get to add that in. Next time I make it, I will be sure to have corn on hand. I think I may add some chopped bell peppers next time too. Great dish.

The children and I enjoyed this recipe very much. Husband was so-so but then again he's not a big fan of creamy-type foods. After reading some of the reviews, I eyeballed most of my measurements and just kept an eye on consistency/thickness while making the cheese sauce. It came out just fine. Will definitely make again without hesitation. Thanks for the submission.

i found the recipe to be good but think it could use a bit more flavour. next time, i'll take the other reviewer's advice and add cilantro. the kids loved it and asked that i make it again. the husband even ate it without complaining. i found the tortilla bread broke too much so next time i'll use pita pockets.
