Pork Apple Burgers
Excellent! i halved the amount of meat & all other ingredients, except for the apple & egg, which i did not reduce. i added 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs & set the formed patties in the freezer for ~30 minutes before DH grilled them. i also skewered the pineapple slices so DH could grill them while the burgers were cooking. We had this with couscous (used the reserved pineapple juice for part of the water), mixed lettuce salads & fresh tomatoes. Will definitely make again, & we're looking forward to the leftover patties for supper later this week!

Craig's Cocktail Sauce
Pretty good - i made 1/9th of the recipe (4 oz of ketchup, which is what i had) - over-measuring generously on horseradish, hot sauce, etc - very good, but not as tasty as our favorite (Crosse & Blackwell Zesty Shrimp Sauce) - i think it's probably a matter of onion, so will try adding onion powder next time.

Egg Noodles
1st time making homemade noodles & it was very easy & they were very good. I used 1/4 cup skim milk & 1/4 cup half-&-half, but otherwise followed the directions exactly. We cooked 1/2 the recipe last night (i threw a few Knorr tomato & beef boullion cubes into the water) & i froze the remainder to cook another night. Will definitely make this again! Next time, however, i'll divide the dough into 2 or more portions before rolling out, as we found we preferred the much thinner noodles i cut from the edges over the thicker ones from the center of the rolled dough.
