I am an MMA Karate student, RN, Mom amd wife. I love all the hats I wear so to speak. I thank God for my freedom and also the soldiers that provide this. I love Italian cuisine, American and preparing meals that are healthy. Turkey dinners Irish cuisine I love cooking with chicken and pork I am a novice in many regards and really dont worry about impressing anyone. My family distant and close like my cooking I once made flan. It was the most beautiful consistency and appearance. Unfortunately I made it with "equal" and it was tasteless. My husband and I laughed so hard! I also tend to burn chocolate chip cookies. I like them crispy.
