Tonight I am making this for the second time. We love it and its sooooo easy. I omit the Thyme bc its not something I usually keep in my cabinet and I S&P to taste, as usual. I recommend this to any vegetarian or someone just looking for an easy hardy meal for the family.

Creamy Pumpkin Pie

Loved it! You just need to cut the pumpkin down to 2 cups and leave the rest as the recipe says. My neice wanted me to make a 'new' pumpkin pie for the holidays and this was a BIG hit on both Thanksgiving and Xmas. Never thought a skinny 10 year old girl could eat a whole pie in a day, but with this one they can!

Banana Butter Icing

I made this to use on the Chocolate Banana cake recipe found on this site and it was perfect together! I was afraid this was going to be way too sweet with all that sugar but it was just divine! A must try!!!

Chocolate Banana Cake

Wonderful! I do agree with the others that you need to remember to make the cake mix per the box directions and the add all the others included in the recipe. This is the most moist cake I have ever had and one of the tastiest. Def. will make again! I used the banana icing recipe here on AllRecipes and it made it to die for!

Frosted Cranberries

This was AWESOME! I made it tonight for Thanksgiving tomorrow. I was a little afraid to try them, even though they looked yummy, but I love them! Tangy and sweet. I recommend them to anyone. Super quick to make and something truly unique :) FYI: You can get the egg whites in a little milk like container with the shelled eggs.

Pineapple Enchiladas

Oatmeal Banana Raisin Coconut Cookies

These cookies were so easy to make and a BIG hit here...the only thing I did different was add some chopped pecans. I was so impressed with the fact these didn't spread out on the sheet, which is one of my pet peeves. I will definately be making these in the future, esp. around the holidays!
