don't need lemon zest and only use 1 tsp. pepper or it'll be an overload..
double the sauce: chicken broth and white wine
add parmesan cheese
i add veggies like mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, petite peas, asparagus..
you can add scallops with the shrimp too.
heavy cream would work too..but i prefer not to add to keep it healthier
