Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
My hubby & I loved this!!! The only thing I would probably change is to end up with less meat--even my husband thought it was meat-heavy. But I would not want to sacrifice the flavor of the base by getting rid of any of it, so I guess I wouldn't change anything.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili
Wow! Yeah, spicy. But my hubby & I love spicy. We both prefer the texture of shredded chicken in soups, so I put the chicken in the soup pot with 2 quarts of water and a dash of salt, dash of cayenne, and dash of cumin, and let it simmer at medium for an hour. Then I pull it apart. Set the chicken aside, discard the cooking water (not as flavorful as the chicken stock will be) and follow the recipe from there.

Bread and Celery Stuffing
I never need to get another stuffing recipe again. I did use a small carton of chicken stock and then the chicken broth as needed. Perfect.
