About this Cook
I just graduated from Penn State and had to relocate to Detroit Michigan for a job. Since I don't know too many people here yet, all I do on my time off is cook. When I get some free time at work I'm reading through recipes I want to try. My family is always cooking we almost never go out to eat. I have learned so much from my parents about cooking and I want to learn so much more.
My favorite things to cook
I love to cook sea food and Italian type foods. I don't cook sea food as much as I woul like because I it more expensive but I love seafood so much.

Blissful Rosemary Chicken
This was very good. I used smoked gouda and it tasted great.

Stir-Fried Shrimp with Snow Peas and Ginger
This was so good. I also doubled the sauce, which was defiantly the way to go if you are serving it over some rice. I also doubled the garlic and ginger because I love both of those flavors. This was an awesome recipe. Thanks.

Sesame Seared Tuna
This was awesome. I served with some asian pot stickers and they were so good to dip in the sauce too.
