This is the perfect method for hard boiling eggs. Just follow the recipe as it is presented and you will be golden. I have always had problems with hard boiled eggs. They never turned out quite right and I have lived through numerous deviled egg nightmares when I got to the peeling stage. Sometime got so mad I just threw the whole lot down the grinder. I just made 8 eggs following this recipe step by step. I pulled one out of the icy cooling water, whacked it on the side of the sink and it was perfectly peeled 3 seconds later. Salted it, popped it in my watering mouth and tasted pure perfection! Thanks!

Awesome dressing. Only had about 1/8 cup of mayo left, so subbed non-fat plain Greek yogurt instead. Very tasty! Used 1/2 regular yellow mustard and 1/2 Dijon. Thanks for a quick delicious dressing!

So good! Wanted to make chili, but didn't want to go through a bunch of work and get a million ingredients. This was perfect. I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great.
