These peppers are delicious. I didnt add the file powder but I kept everything else pretty much the same. I used Chicken Flavored Stove Top for the stuffing mix but I didn't add all of it. 'm from New Orleans and this is pretty much how we do it. 5 stars.

I didn't change a thing. I used green beans without salt. It was delish. I followed the advice of another user and washed the green beans to get rid of the can taste. My son (10 years old) devoured them.

This came out a little dry but I know how to fix that next time. It was the perfect consistency going in the oven. Next time I'll just leave it in the oven long enough to melt the cheese on top. The flavor was on point though. I only used 1/2 tsp of spicy brown mustard and half a tsp of black pepper. For the season salt I used McCormick's Season All. I'm sure the next time I make it, it will be worthy of 5 stars.
