Delicious Ham and Potato Soup
I made a couple changes (chicken broth instead of water, more potatoes, onion, and celery and threw in a carrot. I put in more pepper(a bit too much) but honestly really great, super easy. Everybody is different, but I don't understand some of the negative reviews. My wife would have preferred I puree some of the potatoes for a thicker consistency, but ate three bowls in one sitting as is. Thanks for an excellent, easy soup.

Perfect Sesame Chicken
Really great. I stir fried some broccoli and cabbage, and put down rice, then veggies, then chicken, then sauce--worked out great (had to stretch for company). Couple adjustments I made based on what I had in the house--I used rice vinegar instead of white, and a bit less sugar, because a cup scared me a bit. WIth everything else though, I think a cup would be fine. Really great--thanks.

Braciola I
This is good. Don't be intimidated--not hard to make. Also, the raisins are surprisingly good in there as well. My wife didn't like it. I'd have given it 4, and she 2, but she tends not to like chewy meats, and the round steak still was, somewhat tough. Give it a try--you might love it, and you certainly won't hate it.
