Vegetable Pizza II
I'm so glad this recipe was posted. I loved this at picnics growing up in the Midwest and had been looking for a recipe. To make it a little healthier I used light sour cream, light Miracle Whip, and light cream cheese and the spread was still rich! I will try fat-free sour cream next time. Also the ingredients were rather expensive where I live. Does anyone know of a cheaper alternative to the 2 packages of cresent roll dough?

Bacon Broccoli Salad
I favorite recipe my grandma use to make! To make this a little healthier I like to increase the broccoli to around 3 cups, use 5 strips of bacon and light Miracle Whip. Yum!

Apple Turnovers
Even though everyone says the filling is easy I took the really easy route and used canned cherry pie filling. They were still really yummy. They're even better than some bakery versions I've had. My husband can't get enough of them!
