Clone of a Cinnabon
Great recipe! I did not use the bread maker and made the dough by hand. I mixed the yeast (1 7gram package) with the warm milk until dissolved, then added sugar, salt, eggs and margarine. Then mix in flour and knead until a dough ball, using flour on my hands to form. I then put dough in bowl, covered with a damp towel and put in oven at 150 for a hour, douogh was about twice the size. I also suggest flipping the rolls onto wax paper after they come out of the oven, let the yumminess coat the other side. I used a little bit more cream cheese for frosting to cut the sweetness a bit, about 1 once more. Very good recipe, will make again.

Authentic Thai Coconut Soup
This is my new favorite soup that I make! I did not use any meat and extra mushrooms and used one can of light coconut milk. I used ginger instead of galangal, but everything else per recipe, which gives it the amazing flavor. I am not done with my batch and already want to make more! I also garnished with fresh cilantro, yum!

Daria's Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff
Very good and very easy. I used about half the sour cream and it was still great. I also used fresh mushrooms instead of canned.
