Rosenmunnar
Very tender and buttery. I made them with raspberry jam and they were delicious! They make closer to 2 dozen cookies though, which in my case is great, because I don't need to eat that many cookies!

Garden Fresh Tomato Soup
This soup was wonderful! What a great way to use all of these tomatoes from my garden. I added some fresh basil and oregano from the garden as well. Topped with cheddar cheese, this soup was so good I had to go back for seconds. I read the recipe wrong and put in 4 cloves of garlic instead of just cloves. It was awesome that way. I agree that it doesn't make much soup and you should double the recipe. The second time I made this I added a touch of cream and it made it even better!

Chocolate and Blueberry Smoothie
I didn't like this much when I first tasted it, but the flavor grew on me. It is not very sweet and has a muted flavor. It might be a little bolder with more blueberries. I used fresh blueberries.
