Buckeye Balls II
These are so delicious and so easy to make...they taste like you spent hours making them. I use this recipe to make them every year for the holidays. They make great filler gifts for baskets and teachers!

Dill, Feta and Garlic Cream Cheese Spread
Mmmmmm...I love this spread! I get requests all the time to bring it to parties. Like other reviewers said, it is very garlicky but I like it that way. You can always just start off with 1 clove of garlic and add a little at a time to taste. I serve it with baked crispy pita wedges. I always make myself extra because there usually aren't any left overs!

Creamy Chocolate Frosting
This is an excellent frosting! I was pleasantly surprised...homemade frosting tastes weird to me sometimes. Perfect consistency to spread on a layer cake. I'm a chocoholic so I did increase the cocoa, but that's just a taste preference. This recipe is great as is!
