Amazing Pork Chops in Cream Sauce
I really liked the sauce for these. I used pork loin and added just a spoon full of flour to thicken the sauce and it was awesome. The only mistake I made was not doubling the sauce. It was soooo good that I made another little batch later!

Microwave Corn on the Cob
I've never cooked corn and so I was looking for an easy way to do it. Well, I found it! I cooked the corn in the papertowel for 2 mins and then flipped the corn over for another 2.5 mins. Once it was done I wrapped it in foil with butter and garlic salt to keep it hot. It was perfect!

Turkey Lasagna Roll-Ups
I loved this recipe. I used wheat lasagna noodles with ground turkey breast and spinach and it came out sooooo good. I didn't have any eggs when I made this so I used egg whites and it was still really good and probably a little healthier. This was definately a healthy alternative that me and my family loved and I know I will be making it again in the near future!
