I used a pillsbury, ready made pie crust, next time I will make my own, it was a little short for my 9.5 inch pie dish. The edges of the crust did not stay together and the filling dripped out allover. I just took it out of the oven and it smells and looks heavenly. I added cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to the sauce, then tossed it with the apples before pouring them into the dish. I found the sauce too thick to spread well on the top crust so I added a little water to thin it out. Can't wait to taste it!
