Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction
I didn't have lamb so I used pork loin chops and it worked perfectly. I didn't reduce the sauce enough so it was runny but the flavour was still great. My boyfriend says that this is one of his new favorites!

Minted Lemon Asparagus
I was a little concerned about the very short cooking time, but it turned out perfectly! The asparagus was crisp ans so flavourful and the sauce wasn't too overpowering. I may try it with fresh mint next time (I prefer the taste of fresh). Yum!

Pumpkin Fluff Dip
I made this for a get together and it was a huge hit. Made it with pumpkin pie filling (instead of the solid pack pumpkin) and didn't add extra spices. Served it with soft ginger snaps. Many people asked for the recipe!
