Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

Very delicious! I added onion and sauteed the mushrooms w/ the ground beef. I also doubled all ingredients except cream cheese, sour cream, and mushroom soup. The sauce was perfect this way, I can't imagine it being any thicker or richer!
