Peach Cobbler Dump Cake I
Good recipe overall, but I made changes. The first time I made it I did as written and found it very very sweet, and I usually like very sweet things. Second time I made it I used two large cans of peaches, drained the juice out of one, and only used enough cake mix to cover the top, which was about 3/4 the box. The second time was MUCH better. I served it warm with vanilla ice cream. It is super easy, and have a good flavor...can't be easier for the taste!

Carrot Souffle
I made this for Easter dinner. Like others mentioned I halfed the butter and sugar, and the flavor was good. One thing I will do next time: use canned carrots. It would just make the process easier, and the souffle a lot creamier. I gave it 4 stars since, once again, the flavor was nice, but I did modify from the original recipe.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I
I didn't change anything about the recipe, except microwaving the ingredients to start instead of using the stove. 1/2 mint is the perfect amount to use...1 full mint would overpower the cookie. These cookies are divine! Seriously, my new favorite cookie recipe.
