Garlic Chicken Pizza
Very good! I used boboli and didnt use bell peppers. Maybe next time I will use real minched garlics. I also used Rotesserie chicken from the market (save time).

Chicken Enchiladas II
Very very good! Alter it a bit here and there. Added some mexican seasoning, minched garlic, garlic powder, cumin powder and cilantro to the white "sauce". Sprinkle more cilantro on top of the cheese. Next time need to double it, since the BF eat them faster than I make them :) Serve with Spanish rice and homemade Guac. Thank you for the recipe!!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
Pretty good! I made some changes: Putting 1 bay leaf added more carrots, celery and 1 can of corn. Didnt have any vegetable broth so i just mix in one can of beef broth. I cook the onion with butter and olive oil combo, then i added some garlic and mix the vegetables (celery and carrots) in together until softened. since i dont have any basil i just add 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning. Instead of just salt i put in some seasoning salt and extra garlic powder (we love garlic too much :) Instead of just throwing some cooked chicken I put 2 chicken breast with rib bone inside and boiled it together with the vegetables, before i put the pasta in i just take them out and cut into chunks. The end result..my bf and his brother cant stop eating :)
