Pasta with Scallops, Zucchini, and Tomatoes

I really liked this dish. The only thing I substituted was yellow squash for the zucchini and it turned out great, adding a yellow color to the red and green of the tomatoes and basil. Use fresh basil if at all possible as I think it makes a big difference!

No-Cream Pasta Primavera

We loved this dish. I took the advice of another reviewer and omitted the balsamic vinegar. One can add/subtract vegetables based on taste - we used broccoli instead of green beans. Really liked it!

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

I liked this soup - easy to make and you can add chips, sour cream and cheese to your liking. I found it to be a little salty for my taste, so next time I will use a low sodium chicken broth.

Sirloin Steak with Garlic Butter

I made these steaks yesterday and they turned out great! Everybody cleaned their plate and many said it was among the best steak they've ever had. Recipe is simple, but it is a real winner.
