Easy Baked Tilapia
Very good, I followed the advice from a previous poster, used lots of butter, garlic, seasoning (not the old bay), salt & pepper...baked for 25 minutes with foil, then uncovered and topped with mozzarella, baked for another 10 minutes.....yummy!!!

Savory Chicken Breasts
This was good, I used oyster crackers (put in my word processor to grind up) and I used Cheddar Cheese instead of swiss. Kids loved it, will make again.

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff
I should've listened to what previous posters said, when to use 4 oz. cream cheese instead of 8. It just makes it extremely rich, its still very good, but very rich tasting..
