Onions Baked with Rosemary and Cream
This recipe was simple and delicious! I can see many entrees that it would be great with, but I served it with pork tenderloin with dijon marsala sauce.(allrecipes) Yum!

Slow Cooker Thai Pork with Rice
My family enjoyed this recipe, especially the peanut butter sauce. The topping of chopped green onions and peanuts gave it a great crunchy topping. It's a good crock pot recipe for those busy days.

Kickin' Collard Greens
This recipe rocks! I held back some on the pepper, and it was delicious with just the right amount of spice. This is one recipe where the leftovers are just as good or even better! Yum!
