Growing up in a family of Restaurateurs, with over 20 years of direct and indirect experience preparing and inventing culinary creations crossing the boundaries between Italian, American, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese styles, I've found a true love for not only traditional recipes, but those that might be quirky to some and inventive and innovative to others.
Above all, Japanese cuisine, Sushi in particular, has interested me greatly - enough for me to learn under a Master Sushi Chef and to build and operate my own award-winning Japanese Restaurant.
