Chicken with Asparagus and Roasted Red Peppers

I'm on the South Beach Diet as well and this meal was delicious!!! My boyfriend who isn't on the diet raved about it as well! We will definitely make this again.

Aimee's Quick Chicken

This is truly the tasiest - fast and most simple chicken I have ever made. Only variation I have made to the recipe are -- I use spicy brown mustard and no bacon bits. So good!!!!
