Brownie Caramel Cheesecake

This was my first attempt with a springform pan and the brownie part turned out very hard. I'll try it again though.

Most Excellent Breakfast Casserole

Was a big hit at my office christmas party. Very easy to make, I would add a little bacon to it next time I make it.
