Louisiana Crawfish Etouffee
VERY rich, but worth the splurge. I prepared as the recipe indicated. My teenage children didn't 'oooo and ahhh' but that was fine with me - made more leftovers to take for lunch!

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole
This was great - I used Cabot 75% fat free cheddar, garlic cheese croutons and 8 eggs. I prepared on Thanksgiving morning for guests, and have since made it several times for supper paired with spinach salad. Easy to prepare in the morning and pop in the oven in the evening!
