Shepherd's Pie VI
I made this for our local soup kitchen. Used frozen peas and carrots, gravy as suggested, cleaned out the fridge and also added ranch dip and cream cheese with chives to the mashed potatoes. Needless to say, it was a winner. Wished I had made more for myself.
