About this Cook
I am an instructional aide at an Elementary School with 2 children, 1 silly dog and a husband who loves to cook too.
My favorite things to cook
Anything with fresh herbs.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I learned from my Italian Grandma. I loved to watch and help rather than play with the rest of the cousins. Wish I could duplicate her homemade cracked olives.
My cooking triumphs
An Engagement party for my brother. We had 75 guests at an outdoor pavillion.
My cooking tragedies
Oh my. Yes.
