Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII
I would give this recipe 5 stars, but you never know someone may come up with a better recipe. This is by far the easist recipe I have ever followed. It was great. I made it two days in a row. The second time I added, to my taste, some rum into the butter sugar mixture. No leftovers.
