Warm Belgian Endive and Pine Nut Salad
Had this salad last night at my dinner party and what a hit! Everyone loved it....a great way to start a lambchop dinner! Try it...you will LOVE it!

Grilled Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Subs
Wow...quick, easy, and pleasin' to all..the kids loved it! I had a loaf of Italian bread so I just cut pieces and made subs....excellent change of chicken cutlets!!!
