I enjoy cooking but have challenges due to weakness due to a stroke. I am always looking for something that I can't spill easily or recipes that have few ingredients. I still enjoy cooking but thank goodness I have a husband who is willing to clean up after me. I love cooking pies, cookies and new main dishes that are easy and quick. I have been raised in Texas so southern style is dominant in my family. We also make many Tex-Mex dishes.
