Buttermilk Pie I

I might have done something wrong I don't know but this pie tasted like sweet scrambled eggs. It needed some other kind of flavor also besides the vanilla, maybe somekind of citrus fruit rind or juice. I also had to bake it for like 1 hr 15 min.

Caramel Apple Cranberry Pie

WOW! I really enjoyed this pie. I have made at least 10 apple pie recipes from this site and my husband said it's the best pie I ever made. I skipped the lemon juice soak and just added my bare sliced apples. I also added pecans. Great! Thanks a lot!

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

Very Good! I was shocked about the dill, I never had a potato soup with dill but it really worked well. I did however mash some of the potatoes to thicken the soup just for my personal preference.

Traditional Osso Buco

Very Good! I added some oregano in with the lemon mix. This was very good. After cooking my onions and garlic i put everything in the slow cooker on low for 8 hrs. I served this over "Basic microwave risotto" also an AR recipe.

Basic Microwave Risotto

This is pretty good, though not quite as good as the traditional way of cooking risotto. I also found I had to add 1/2 cup morel broth and add on 4 minutes of cooking after the suggested 10 minutes of nuking. I also added a splash of cream w/the cheese.

I made these into individual cakes using a muffin pan. The only fault was I had to almost double the strawberries. All in all they were delicious.

I omitted the bacon for a healthier version, and I also used half beef and half turkey instead of pork. I didn't have to add that much water to it, I think I maybe added one cup.

Mushroom Salisbury Steak

I had to scale this down for 1 pound of beef. I used Beef Stock in place of the consumme. Like many others, I cooked this stovetop. It was really good. Next time I am craving salisbury steak I will come back to this recipe.
